Bath Street Brighton

This project consisted of substructure works for 9 new dwellings. Construction comprised of site preparation, underpinning, excavation to reduce levels, construction of foundations comprising of plain in-situ concrete, with cavity walls up to DPC, plus floor construction – filling up to make up levels, compacting and beam and block flooring and screeding. The works also included drainage/attenuation and basement construction.
